10% Sponsoring Bonus Residuals
With EXIT Residual, you can potentially earn much more than 100%. The more people you sponsor into EXIT, the more you increase your residual income. EXIT Realty annually pays out many millions of dollars in residual bonus checks as a perpetual "thank you" for helping to build the company.
When a salesperson is introduced to management and recruited into EXIT, each transaction that they close generates a bonus that's equivalent to 10% of the gross commissions earned by the recruit, up to $10,000 per year, payable to the individual who sponsored them into the company. The bonus is paid via EXIT's head office, and not subtracted from the new recruit's commissions. And it continues perpetually for as long as the new recruit stays with EXIT and generates sales.
For example, if you sponsor in Julie and she generates $70,000 gross commissions per year, then you would receive $7,000 in residual bonuses paid out as her transactions close. So, if Julie produced at this level for 10 years, then you would receive $70,000 in bonuses. Just think how much residual money you could make if you sponsored in more agents!

7% Retirement Residuals
It just gets better!
What happens when most real estate agents retire? Does the company care about them? Does your income continue? At EXIT it DOES!
Should an "EXIT" salesperson decide to retire from selling real estate, a "pension plan" is created from the sponsoring bonuses that he or she has established. Also, the retiring salesperson retains the privilege of enhancing this pension plan while in retirement by continuing to sponsor salespeople into the company.
At EXIT, you will continue to receive a retirement income bonus equivalent to 7% of the gross commission of all the agents you have sponsored into EXIT as long as they stay with EXIT, up to $7,000 per year for each sponsored agent.
5% Beneficiary Residuals
What happens when you die? Do you have your plans, in place, to take care of your spouse, children and other beneficiaries? EXIT has a solution! The sponsoring bonuses you have created turn into a beneficiary residual providing added security for your family.
At EXIT, your beneficiaries will continue to receive a death benefit equivalent to 5% of the gross commission of all the agents you have sponsored into EXIT as long as they stay with EXIT, up to $5,000 per year for each sponsored agent.
