Additionally, the ratio of closed price to list price has also increased one half percent. “This is very encouraging information”, says Houle, “it clearly illustrates that the market is continuing to strengthen and that demand for real estate on Hilton Head Plantation is continuing to accelerate”. Houle notes, “with the declining supply of homes, the willingness of sellers to be flexible on sale terms and the availability of mortgage money at historical lows, there has never been a better time to buy”.
