According to a recent article published in the Island Packet, the "Recession Might End Early, Forecasters Say". The article states that there are several factors pointing to an early recovery, such as: consumer confidence survey surging in April; U.S. construction spending ticked up to 0.3 percent in March; the National Association of Realtors index of pending home sales rose 3.2 percent in March, the second consecutive month it has risen.
